You and your team have to get a new building up and running.  While it isn’t always apparent, leading AEC firms really do have the needs of facility managers in mind when they start projects.

Carl Goodiel can attest to it.  As the virtual design and construction (VDC) manager of Hensel Phelps, one of the largest general contractors and top airport construction firms in the United States, he’s managed numerous projects in which owners had very specific BIM to FM needs in mind for the end of the project.

How can you be ready to run your new building on Day 1 of operations? Find out how Hensel Phelps approaches these types of projects: What processes are involved?  How is data selected, collected, and qualified?  Contractors can do a lot to ease the transition from construction to operations.

Join us for a webinar and find out how you can work with your project team to eliminate the headaches of building handover.
